I personally can get around this with navigating their site on my phone, but I know my Dad is SOL. After all how do you access the bill for account number etc when your internet is down? When I have called CL or Comsuck previous for internet outages I always need my account number and always get it from my last bill. Well a fee for a paper bill is obnoxious and seems wrong.
